Healing Grove is guided by four directors who share responsibility for safeguarding the foundation's charitable purpose, maintaining accountability, and supporting responsible community impact.

President & Founder

Provides board leadership and supports alignment between Healing Grove's mission, programs, partnerships, and long-term direction.

Tamika Fleming

Vice President

Supports board leadership, organizational stewardship, and continuity in governance and mission-focused decision-making.

Samantha McClain

Secretary

Supports accurate governance records, board documentation, and the integrity of official organizational actions.

Jabril Rilley

Treasurer

Supports fiscal oversight, financial accountability, and responsible stewardship of the foundation's charitable resources.

Governance and accountability

The Board oversees the foundation's charitable mission, financial controls, program accountability, and organizational policies. Directors are expected to act in the foundation's best interests and disclose potential conflicts of interest.
